Ministry Team Meetings The three Ministry Teams are comprised of the various committees and groups that help run the Fellowship (see Organizational Chart on the governance page). Committees have direct staff support, and are able to share ideas and challenges with each other. Past Meeting Information and Resources March 2010: The Leadership Team offered a program on Empowerment.
September 2009: The Leadership Development Team offered "Leadership Helpful Hints" including how to engage group members, how to delegate effectively and how to hold people accountable without alientating them.
May 2009: Marie Murton and Jay Barnes led the meeting on Technology
March 2009: The Healthy Congregation Team led the training.
January 2009: The Leadership Development Committee spoke on Succession Training. Succession Planning Powerpoint
