Leadership Development

Ministry Team Meetings

The three Ministry Teams are comprised of the various committees and groups that help run the Fellowship (see  Organizational Chart here). Committees have direct staff support, and are able to share ideas and challenges with each other.

The leadership training is open to anyone who is interested in continued learning. They are held at the Fellowship and will run from 6:30-8:00 p.m. You do not need to sign up to attend these meetings. Committee Chairs are expected to attend the full meetings that will run from 6:30-9:00 p.m. The final hour will allow the Ministry Teams to meet individually to check in and problem solve.
