Consistent with our principles, the Fellowship is organized democratically. The congregation, by majority vote, has final authority for running the Fellowship, including policies for operation, the raising and allocation of funds, and the selection of ministers.  

The Governing Board articulates the Fellowship's vision through its governing policies (see link below) and monitors the work of the Executive Team, known as the X-Team. The X-Team includes Senior Minister Roger Bertschausen, Business Administrator Siri Witt and Interim Assistant Minister Jason Seymour. The X-Team makes the decisions about how things happen here and the operation policies.

Board meetings are open. We encourage interested people to attend and participate. Meetings occur on the third Tuesday of the month at 6:45 p.m. Minutes of our Board meetings are available for review by members upon request and also available on the bulletin board in the Fellowship lobby.  Please contact the Fellowship office for more information.

2011-2012 Board Goals:

• Create a culture of generosity by working with and supporting the Stewardship Committee.
• Begin a new 5 year cycle of long range planning by working with the Crystal Ball Committee to develop new vision and mission statements.
• Oversee the building process to assure smooth progressions.
• Develop a process for leadership development for implementation in the 2012 - 2013 program year.
