Moving into the Darkness with Trance Dance Monday, November 2; 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM Facilitator: Wendy Siracusa Participants: Min. 6 / Max. 20 As the nights grow longer, this is a time for us to discover what the darkness has to offer. In trance dance you set an intention for your dance and then dance blindfolded. Anyone can trance dance because there are no steps to learn or choreography to follow. As you allow your body to follow the music, you leave the mind chatter behind. Spirit can then take over and share its wisdom with you. Bring a bandana to wear over your eyes and a blanket to lie down on. Wear comfortable clothing to move in. Trance dancing is not advised for people with severe heart problems or seizures. Wendy Siracusa is a member of the Fellowship and a shamanic practitioner and dance/movement facilitator.

This will be an opportunity to focus on your relationship and to deal with important issues. This weekend experience is designed to enrich the communications and intimacy of your relationship by emphasizing personal reflection and couple dialogue. A team of experienced Unitarian Universalist volunteer couples will lead you through a series of presentations.
